Wonderful Councilor
This is the 3rd Biblical themed
quilt I have completed. The inspiration for this quilt came from my love of
scripture and wanting to do a study of positive and negative to get multiple
images overlapping.
By using a whole piece of hand dyed fabric and appliqued black fabric combined with stitch work I was able to create a dove in flames overlaying a cross from my original pencil drawing. This represents the Holy Spirit mentioned in John 14:25-27. This is free motion quilted.
